Refund policy
The following are conditions of acceptable returns:
1) item received was damaged
2) item received does not match item ordered (buyer personalization choices from order)
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns that fall outside of above reasons and must provide a carrier tracking number.
If your item is damaged or does not match item order, please notify me immediately and no later than three weeks after purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exchanges
Unless there is damage to item or item received does not match the item ordered, exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons:
1) each item is handmade and/or personalized for each customer
2) in consideration of other customers, for hygienic reasons, I cannot resell a returned item
However, if your item is damaged or does not match item order, please notify me immediately and no later than three weeks after purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
For approved returns, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The reasonable refund period for unclaimed orders is 180 days from date of initial transaction. A refund is no longer possible due to closure of the transaction window and archiving of payment data.
