Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated by weight at checkout for items over 12 oz.

Processing Time - most orders are processed within 4-6 business days and (this does not include shipping time). Keepsake orders are processed within 12-14 business days. During the holidays please allow 2-5 more additional days (keepsakes only).

International Shipping Policy

International shipping fees vary by territory.  Fees are calculated at checkout.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
